Richard “Dick” Dawson is a native of Arapahoe, NE where he grew up on a cattle & farm operation in Gosper County. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Kearney (formerly Kearney State College) plus graduate degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  Richard is an avid hunter, enjoys golf, loves watching grandkids’ activities, and is a avid Cornhusker football fan.

Specializing in farm and ranch real estate sales, Richard has worked almost exclusively in ranch sales in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Kansas for the past 35+ years. Richard has practical experience in production agriculture with a background in purebred Simmental cattle, commercial cow/calf operation, and grain production. Richard’s knowledge, experience, and professional reputation make him a leader in the real estate industry.

Richard is a longtime member of the National Realtors Association, Nebraska Realtors Association, Realtors Land Institute, Sandhills Cattle Association, and First United Methodist Church. Richard and Barb have been married over 50 years and enjoy spending time with their three daughters and seven grandchildren.

Nick is a graduate of Fort Hays State University and the University of Kansas with a General Science and Medical Technologist degrees.

Nick was born and raised in the northwest Kansas farming community of Gove, Kansas and after college returned to farming and ranching while also working in the health care industry.

Yvonne Mooney is a lifetime resident of the Nebraska Sandhills. She and her husband, Bill, own and operate the Hamilton-Mooney Ranch and Sandhills Seedstock in Sheridan County, Nebraska. Yvonne is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Sandhills Cattle Associate, and active member of the American Angus asso-ciation, National Bison Association, National Realtors Association, and the Nebraska Realtors Association.

Yvonne is an experienced real estate broker who specializes in ranch sales in Nebraska and South Dakota. She is available for consulting for all cattle enterprises, range management, and buffalo production.

Yvonne enjoys ranch life with her husband Bill, daughter Franchi, and granddaughter Cheyenne.

Rick Kusel has been involved with agriculture and the out-doors his entire life. He grew up in western Iowa on the family grain and livestock farm. Rick has experience in agriculture practices, cattle feedlots, hog operations, cow/calf operation, and a trucking business. With his experience and background in all phases of agri-business, Rick has been very successful selling farms and ranches for over 15 years.

Rick graduated from Western College of Auctioneering and has conducted many successful auctions. Rick was a volunteer fireman for 20 years, he has served at both the local and state levels of the Iowa Cattleman’s Association and was named as an “Outstanding Young Cattlemen” in 1990. Rick continues to operate his own cow herd and does consulting for farms and ranches in several western states.

Rick is very active in his community and church. Rick has always been an avid outdoorsman and has filled many days hunting, fishing, and trapping in several states. Rick has a great appreciation for the majesty of the outdoors. He and his wife, Jessica, were married in 2016 and they love to spend time with their children and grandchildren.
